• RFID Ski Pass Launch: We are proud to have played a pivotal role in getting the RFID pass scanning system live resort-wide for the Telluride Ski Resort. This transformation improved guest experience and streamlined operations for one of the most renowned ski resorts in the world.

• Town of Mountain Village App Development: We oversaw the development and complete UX/UI design of a new Mountain Village App launched for the Town of Mountain Village. The project involved collaborating with multiple different companies as well as pioneering an integration with an interactive 3D navigational SDK.

• Property Management Software Overhaul: We lead a team of over 10 different directors in the launch of a new software ecosystem for the Peaks Resort & Spa. We oversaw the vetting, contract negotiations and initial implementation of new vendors for their Property Management System, Food & Beverage Dept., and Spa Services.
